This guide provides helpful information to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. ⸻ House Rules 1. Registered Guests Only Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. All guests must be included on the booking prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted without host approval. Violation of this rule will result in a $150 per person per night fee and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. 2. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This home is located in a residential community and we respect our neighbors. Excessive noise or complaints may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels at a reasonable volume during this time. 4. Animal Policy All animals must be disclosed and included on the reservation prior to arrival, including service animals. Undisclosed animals will result in a $300 unauthorized animal fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund. Animals must be crated or secured when left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by animals. If traveling with a service animal, please notify the host in advance. Hosts may ask the following questions in accordance with Airbnb policy: • Is the service animal required because of a disability? • What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? 5. No Smoking Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 smoke remediation fee. 6. Property Care Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damage to the home, furnishings, or amenities must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs if damage occurs during their stay. 7. Checkout Policy Checkout time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized late checkout will result in the following charges: • Up to 1 hour late: $75 fee • 1–2 hours late: $150 fee • More than 2 hours late: charged as an additional night 8. Security & Monitoring For safety and compliance, the property may have exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices located outside the home. These devices do not record inside the property and are used only to ensure house rules are followed. 9. Cleanliness Please leave the home in a reasonable condition. Excessive mess, stains, or required deep cleaning may result in additional cleaning fees. 10. Compliance with House Rules Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, damage claims, or termination of the reservation without refund. Please park only in designated spaces and avoid blocking other vehicles or walkways. Beach Access The beach is just a short walk from the property. To reach the beach: 1. Walk east on 23rd Ave N 2. Continue toward Ocean Blvd 3. Public beach access is directly ahead.
